Holiday Sugar Cookie Frosting is a nice sweet refined sugar-free vanilla frosting, with homemade jam or peppermint flavorings. At any rate, frost cookies, top with a little jam, berries, or pomegranates. A healthier way to decorate cookies. Full of flavor and a little crunch. Indeed this frosting is perfect for any holiday such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, or any other holiday.
Holiday Sugar Cookie Frosting:
Often times when I make soft sugar cookies I don’t frost them. However, in America, most people make them with frosting. Therefore, I decided to create a cream cheese frosting to go on top of the cookies. In any case, I add a teaspoon or two of cranberry sauce, or small-batch lingonberry jam. Top with some cranberries, lingonberries, or pomegranate seeds. In conclusion, decorate with several needles of a fresh sprig of rosemary or a leaf of mint. Needless to say, the textures of the cookie and crunch of the pomegranate are delightful. Not to mention, there is the tart combined with the sweet.
Consequently, this frosting is light and creamy. In short, Holiday Sugar Cookie Frosting can be made to have a vanilla flavor, or a jam and fresh fruit flavor, peppermint or almond flavorings. By the way, this frosting can also be used to frost a cake or cupcakes. etc. Add a little jam juice to the frosting to create a color.
