Refined Sugar-Free Homemade Ketchup is the perfect condiment to use on all those foods that ketchup goes with such as meatloaf, hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries, dressings, cocktail sauce, etc. In the event, you no longer eat or can eat refined sugar than this recipe is for you. The perfect tasty condiment!Refined Sugar-Free Homemade Ketchup in a bowl surrounded by tomatoes with a sprig of dill

Since going refined sugar-free I have needed to recreate many different condiments and other items. When I first switched my diet I had no idea what I was going to do. I thought for sure the internet would have wonderful and tasty recipes that I could avail myself to. However, when I looked on the internet for my specific dietary needs I found but a handful of recipes. Therefore, I knew if I was going to maintain a grain-free, refined sugar-free with limited dairy I was going to have to create recipes myself.

In fact, this recipe makes my life much easier as I can now go out to a few restaurants and bring my own condiments and dressings. Prior to making my own ketchup, I had to have a plain hamburger without anything on it. Life is much sweeter now that I can add ketchup and mustard to my hamburgers.

Above all this recipe is quick and easy to make. Nonetheless, cook for ten minutes remove from heat allow to cool. Next, simply pour into a sterilized mason jar with a sterilized lid. In any case, this is recipe is for a small batch of ketchup and merely store inside the refrigerator.

Recipes and information:

Hickory liquid smoke can be found at a normal grocery store. If however, you can’t find it can be ordered off Amazon Hickory Smoke. This recipe makes approximately 48 two teaspoon servings.

Needless to refined sugar-free homemade ketchup is used as well in my cocktail sauce. It is my hope that you too will enjoy this recipe.

Use with Chicken Strips, Keto BBQ Buffalo Burgers, or Popcorn Chicken.

[…] After scouring the ingredient list of Cocktail Sauces in the store I have taken the time to make my own. I make my own Hickory BBQ sauce and often have that in the fridge. I have also found that most Horseradish on the market also contains items I can’t eat and is not potent enough for me. Therefore I make my own. Feel free to make this recipe with Ketchup. Try my Homemade Ketchup. […]
