Just biting into those succulent and tasty shrimp will have your mouth watering. Nevertheless, it can be filled with loads of toppings or just with tasty shrimp. Not to mention, this meal comes together in less than 30 minutes. Perfect for Taco Tuesday! Yum!Keto Shrimp Tacos close up picture. Three shrimp, grape tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese.

Consequently, I know I have talked about encouragement from friends. But, I would not still be on this journey if it were not for the encouragement from some of my favorite people on the planet. In all honesty, I am talking about my husband and my wonderful children. In either case, they are the first critics of every dish and let me know their honest opinions. Either way, it is wonderful to be able to feed my family and know that not only can I help and improve my health but I can feed my family tasty meals that they actually request or even crave. Thanks for all the encouragement and love!!

Easy Keto Shrimp Tacos

My family loves my tacos. Normally, I make chicken tacos. But now I have a blog and a responsibility to write new and exciting recipes. I wanted to make a new taco therefore,  I decided to use shrimp. Yep, that’s what I did. I love these tacos and the grain-free tortillas from Siete. This is my own personal opinion and I have not received any remuneration for that opinion. Or you could order Siete chips from Amazon. Needless to say, this filling can be used to top lettuce wraps or gluten-free tortillas. Either way, this filling is going to make your taste buds sing.

See my recipe for Taco Seasoning. I make my own as many blends have ingredients that I can’t have.

Easy Keto Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 20 – 40 shrimp count 2 lbs
  • 2 tablespoons DIY Taco Seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 3/4 cup chopped  onion
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup sliced radishes
  • slices of limes
  • Grain-Free tortillas Siete

*Optional additions: Olives, black beans, cilantro, Pico De Gallo Salsa, Taco Sauce, sour cream, Cholula, avocado, raw onions, homemade refried beans, cabbage, watercress, green onions, spinach (instead of lettuce)

Directions:

Add avocado oil to a frying pan and fry up bell peppers and onions until the onions are translucent. Add shrimp and taco seasoning and fry up for about 2 minutes. Turn the shrimp over and fry another two minutes. Remove the pan from the heat. Place a tortilla in a frying pan with a small amount of (1 1/8 teaspoons) avocado oil. Once one side is warmed flip the tortilla and add a small amount of shredded cheese to the top of the tortilla. Finally, add a small amount of shrimp and vegetables to the tortilla. Next, fold the tortilla in half and add to a serving plate. Then repeat by heating up one side of a tortilla. Repeat until all shrimp and vegetables are used up.
