Dairy-Free Soft-Serve Vanilla Ice-Cream is the perfect end to any dinner. Nothing tastes better than homemade. Needless to say, this ice cream is smooth and luxurious with a rich vanilla flavor. As a matter of fact, it makes a wonderful and delicious topping for pancakes, waffles, or dessert crepes.
Consequently, I wanted a dairy-free vanilla ice cream to go with dessert. I, therefore, decided to use coconut milk. I don’t know what it is about coconut milk that I just really love. It has it all flavor, texture, and creaminess. Moreover, I prefer soft serve to hard ice cream. This ice cream is made from canned coconut milk. Super creamy and soft. Love the taste of this ice cream.

Subsequently, my ice cream machine is over 25 years old and takes about 20 minutes from start to finish for soft serve. Yummo! Or top this wonderful concoction. Serve with some homemade jam Refined Sugar-Free Raspberry Jam, Lingonberry Jam, or Strawberry Rhubarb Compote.
Furthermore, kids always love making homemade ice cream. Perfect to serve at kids parties, tea parties, and for graduations. This is the perfect end to any meal.
My college roommates’ family always used to make homemade ice cream on Thanksgiving to go with all those homemade pies. Not only did it make the pies tastier but it made a dessert that much more exciting. Other families, often make ice cream during the 4th of July.
*Notes: I don’t care for this ice cream after it has frozen solid. Nutritional Facts below. Amazon sells Full-Fat Coconut Cream and real Maple Syrup.

Hi Larena! Did you use a soft serve machine or just your regular ice cream maker?
What a great question! I have a very simple and cheap ice cream maker. It’s over 20 years old and still works. I think I paid $20.00 for it. It is electric and you don’t have to freeze the insert. Hope that helps. Thanks so much for the question. Have a wonderful and awesome day!
