My recipes are grain free, refined sugar free and most are dairy free. One of my daughter’s favorite things is Coconut Shrimp with a spicy orange marmalade sauce. This is another recipe I had to convert to still be able to enjoy. This is a decadent sauce to go with shrimp. It sounds like these things don’t go together. Reminds me of Sesame Street one of these things don’t go with the other. Oh, but they do go together. This sauce is super yummy on Grain Free Coconut Shrimp, or with Popcorn Chicken. Of course, you can have the old standby of cocktail sauce too. This recipe is about 6 servings.
1/2 cup Keto Orange Marmalade
2 teaspoon or more to taste homemade horseradish sauce or store bought
2 tablespoons homemade mayo
2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. Serve as a dip for Grain Free Coconut Shrimp.
