Keto Nevada Sauce

Nevada Sauce

My recipes are grain free, refined sugar free and most are dairy free. I was inspired to come up with my own recipe after I saw Mastering Paleo’s recipe. Thanks Mastering Paleo for the inspiration! I mean I already had tamarind powder. I came up with this recipe to replace Worchestershire sauce.


3 tablespoons boiling water

1 tablespoon dried tamarind

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon champagne vinegar

2 teaspoons maple syrup

1/4 teaspoon anchovy paste

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon horseradish

1 teaspoon coconut aminos

1 teaspoon garlic aminos

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

1/2 teaspoon minced onion

1/4 teaspoon tomato paste 

1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard

1 teaspoon coconut nectar


Combine boiling water and dried tamarind and combined. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well combined. Store in glass container in the fridge. Use like you would Worcestershire sauce. Stores well for 1 month in the refrigerator.
